Three year old stallion Galaxy Coeur is growing up very well! He is immensely rideable and talented, exactly what we were hoping for given he was the last foal from his mother Grand Prix/EL/SPS mare Royal Coeur.

CH Aspen Leaf’s Stella D’Oro loves the water whether fresh or salt water! Her health testing all is looking good, and we wlll repeat her hip and elbow xrays once she turns two in late November for her to have the final OFA results and a CHIC.

We are very pleased with El/ SPS Grand Prix mare Royal Coeur’s first grandchild.

Sonder (Sondheim out of Royal Temptation by Temptation) continues to grow up very well, is beautiful, elegant, and a super mover.

We love seeing our Giants so happy. While we breed show champions, what they love best is to have fun and be loved in a household. Fortunately, we sometimes can find “guardian homes” where our best females can be and we still have some breeding rights.

Aspen Leaf Farm congratulations Alice Tarjan becoming the Reserve National Champion with ten year old Donatella M, the first foal from Elite mare Jamaica by Furstenball. This was the first year for Donatella at this level and her first time doing all three Grand Prix tests in a show series. ...Donatella won the Grand Prix Special and was second to Alice’s other mare Candescent in the GP and GP Freestyle.

With Donatella, this is their third national title having won the Developing GP national title last year and also the third level national championship earlier in their partnership.

Hank is a male we plan to use for selective breeding and am so happy to see this exhaustive and clean bill of health. He is a Lex son out of Jackie.

At the recent shows in Tampa, the owners of some of the wonderful males we have placed had super results.

Aspen Leaf’s Bear Creek Olaf (owned by Vicki Kallet of Florida) became an AKC champion.

And Aspen Leaf’s Ghost Pepper Bjorn (owned by Amy Coulter of Florida) won a major ...continuing his march towards his championship like his sister Cleo.

Thanks to the great handlers and the judges who make this sport possible.

Friezia (Friendscout II - Zacklina by Zack) was only about a month old, and handled the inspection with grace and confidence. She showed off her lovely type, gaits and character. We are very pleased with Zacklina’s first foal. Photo credit Pics of You.
